Saturday, May 3, 2025, the University of Alabama Arboretum will be hosting a free workshop for the public led by theTuscaloosa County Master Gardeners. You will learn how, when, and what to plant in your garden this spring with hands on training, while helping us with spring planting in the Arboretum Community Garden. Produce from this garden will be harvested and donated to local food banks. The seasonal workshop is for adults of all ages. It is a stand alone class but continues on from our Winter Gardening Workshop. Come prepared to work outdoors.

We will meet at the Community Garden from 10 AM to 12 PM. Enter from the back Arboretum entrance off of Pelham Heights Road. We hope to see you here!
